These terms are still a draft. They explain how the service works and the limits that apply. Bidsight is a service for businesses, and nothing here reduces a consumer’s mandatory rights.

1. The service

Bidsight screens public procurement notices against a profile you define, and shows and emails the matches. The notices come from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily, the EU’s procurement journal) and from e-Procurement, Belgium’s national bulletin. It is a filtering and alerting tool, not advice on whether or how to bid.

2. What we do not warrant

Source coverage. TED carries contracts above the EU thresholds; e-Procurement carries Belgian contracts from the national publication threshold up. Below those thresholds a buyer need not publish, and any contract a buyer does not publish will not appear. We do not warrant that every relevant tender is captured, nor that a source is available at all times.
Screening judgement. Matching is automated. A relevant notice may be missed and an irrelevant one shown. Always confirm the details in the official notice before acting or bidding.
Contract end estimates. Where the product estimates when a contract may come up for renewal, those dates are predictions based on public data. They are not commitments by any buyer.
Private leads. Private leads list legal persons recently registered in Belgium, from the open data of the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, with the source and date on every card. You use them for your own business-to-business prospecting only. You do not redistribute, resell or scrape the list, you do not add data about natural persons from the register for marketing, and you comply with the law on direct marketing (GDPR Arts. 6, 14 and 21, Book XII of the Code of Economic Law, the Royal Decree of 4 April 2003 and the ‘Do Not Call Me’ list) when you contact a company. You review every draft before it goes out and forward to us any objection you receive.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account, including seats you invite. One free trial applies per company, identified by its VAT number.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe in advance for each period and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your plan at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added where it applies. Invoices are issued for each payment.

5. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice. You can export or delete your account at any time from the Your data page.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EMT Technology SRL is not liable for a bid opportunity that is missed, mis-screened, or acted upon. The service is provided to help you find opportunities. The decision to bid, and its outcome, are yours. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

7. Law and contact

8. Reach-out plans and the messages you send

The product can draft a plan and a first message for approaching an organisation named in a public notice, or a contact you enter yourself. These drafts are suggestions written by a language model for business-to-business use only; they are not legal advice, and you review every draft before using it. Nothing leaves Bidsight unless a user of your account confirms the exact message shown. You are responsible for the content you confirm, for the recipients you choose and for any reply.

You use these drafts in line with the rules on direct marketing and public procurement: a company's general address may receive a business offer, a person only with their consent or as your existing customer (Code of Economic Law, art. XII.12-13; Royal Decree of 4 April 2003); the 'Do not call me' list applies to calls (art. VI.110-115); the buyer of a live procedure is approached through its official channel only. You respect every objection a recipient makes; an objection made to us is honoured for every account.
